bonus dvd booklet error
we are very sorry to say that due to a printing error at the CD making place, the booklet that comes with the bonus DVD is missing two very important pages. we are really embarrassed and are printing replacement booklets with sticky backs so you can stick it to the case and pretend nothing happened.
